Booking & Appointments Appointments can be booked via message, email or the online booking system. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged in full. No-shows may be charged the full treatment cost.

Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or at the end of your appointment. All prices are as listed on the website.

Health & Safety Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or allergies before your appointment. Treatments are tailored to each individual and results may vary.

Wellness Packages Wellness packages are prepaid, non-refundable and non-transferable. They do not auto-renew.

Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable, valid until the stated expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products Skincare and soap products are non-refundable unless faulty. In My Hands Therapies reserves the right to refuse service.
